Power Wheels motorized vehicles provide hours and hours of fun for kids. These fun toys give kids the feeling that their driving a real car, which can be a huge kick for young children.

Just as with other types of vehicles, there will be a time when the power source will need some maintenance. Power Wheels battery has to be replaced every so often. There are a number of things that people have to keep in mind when looking for a new battery for their child’s Power Wheels toy. There are a several different types of batteries out there, and they are all have different voltages and are intended to be used with specific vehicles.

There are basically six different types of replacement batteries. The green 6 volt battery is meant to be used with earlier model Power Wheels toys. People, who are looking for these kinds of batteries, will find that they can be fairly difficult to track down. The blue 6 volt replacement battery is meant to be used with the toddler Power Wheels models. Most of the newer models use the red 6 volt battery.

Some of the more power demanding Power Wheels models use 12 volt batteries, and offer more power over a sustained period of time. One of the best things about replacing the battery in a Power Wheels model is that fun that kids can have riding their motorized toy. As long as people use their Power Wheels charger and keep the batteries fresh, their children will be able to enjoy their Power Wheels toys until they outgrow them.

When you insure something you do so because you want to protect that item. You can insure a brain surgeon’s hand so that if anything ever happens to that hand which would then cause the surgeon to go out of work he would be fiscally reimbursed. You can insure your house, your car, your laptop and pretty much anything else in your house that has some intrinsic value. When you insure something you agree to pay a monthly fee to a company who, in return, promises to give you money if something happens to what you insured. Insurance is basically a way to combat all of the surprise expenses in life.

One insurance that many people don’t even know exists is funeral insurance. When you have funeral insurance you are making it so your family, after your passing, has enough money to both pay off any unpaid debts and pay for all of the funeral expenses. Funerals can be extremely expensive. There’s a coffin that has to be bought, the piece of ground where the person is going to be buried, a headstone, flowers, food, etc. People will oftentimes struggle to afford funerals which causes major family stress. When a loved one dies it is a time to mourn not to worry about whether or not you can afford the funeral.

Funeral insurance works differently than other types of insurances. It’s basically a glorified savings account. Every month you pay your funeral insurance company money. They then promise that when you die all of that money plus interest will go to whoever you named as your beneficiary. That money can then go toward funeral costs and unpaid debts. It’s a simple concept. Many people enjoy having funeral insurance purely because it gives them peace of mind knowing that their family is fiscally protected.

Another type of insurance is income protection insurance. This is similar to the example where the brain surgeon insured his hand. When you become disabled or unable to work due to illness income protection insurance will then start to pay you up to 75% of what you make on a monthly basis. These insurances can last anywhere from 1-5 years. Some of the more expensive ones can even last up until you’re 65. Income protection insurance does not protect you from unemployment. With income protection insurance you’re guaranteeing yourself against any type of injury or illness that would make you unable to work.

Some consist of downloads to run on your computer, but many are in the “cloud” meaning you can use the tools on the web itself without downloading any proprietary installed programs.

Google has at least two of the best free web user programs. Google Docs is a great online word processing, spread sheet making, and general office type tool that is totally online. You can create, edit and save any type of document. Docs also allows you sot set up sharing so others can view, edit and save the docs you choose to share.

Google Earth is the second of their free programs that is truly awesome. This one you download, free, and then you can view almost any place in the world with satellite photographs, maps, topography and much more.

Flickr is a popular and well thought out photo site. Upload photos for free to share them with anyone. Organize albums and edit the descriptions and titles. The only thing lacking here is a full photo editing suite. That is something you can find at the next free web program, Pixlr. This site lets you edit any digital photo online without even registering. Tweak your photos and have fun changing them.

A favorite for music lovers is online radio Pandora. This is more than radio, it lets you pick a musician or song you like, and then it will play their music and bring up similar artists and songs for you to hear. If you like these songs click thumbs up if not thumbs down. Pandora will shape what it plays for you and remember your choices next time. You can set up many different “stations” all free.

There are 5 Best Free Stuff on the Web, enjoy!
